Fairview Mountain Wins Prestigious PGA of BC Award

Fairview Mountain named PGA of BC Golf Facility of the Year!

 

 

On October 15^th at the annual PGA of BC awards dinner, Fairview Mountain Golf Club was selected as the 2009 Golf Facility of the Year winner. This prestigious award is voted on by industry peers based on a criteria consisting of excellence in the golf profession, industry leading service, outstanding achievements, overall course conditions, unique services offered at the golf club, major tournaments hosted and promotion of the game of golf within your region.

 

 

Fairview Mountain Golf Club GM & Director of Golf Operations, Brian McDonald was “honored to accept the award on behalf of the team at Fairview Mountain Golf Club” and commented that “staff at FMGC on a daily basis strive to ensure we are working towards continually improving products and services offered at the club in hopes that we can enhance the experience for both members and guests alike when they are on the property.”

 

This is the second time in the last 5 years that Fairview Mountain has received this prestigious honor and is only one of two clubs in the province to have received the honor multiple times since the awards inception with the other club being the Victoria Golf & Country Club.
