Opportunities may exist in the following fields:

Outside Services Team - responsible for serving the golfing guest throughout the arrival, departure and on course experience. We have positions available from driving range, service/cart attendant, starters, play directors and supervisors.

Golf Shop/ Retail Team - responsible for servicing the golfing guest through the check in process and creating a positive retail shopping environment.

Food & Beverage Services - responsible for providing Fairview Mountain members & guests a unique dining experience from both a casual and formal dining menu. We have positions available from bartender, server, on-course beverage cart attendants, and kitchen staff.

Course Maintenance - responsible for on-course ground maintenance.

Culinary – responsible for menu execution and exceeding guest expectations through attention to detail and care in preparing culinary delights. Positions for our Culinary team will be posted shortly.

Sous Chef - responsible for managing the food and beverage staff in the absence of the Executive chef, maintaining inventory levels and product orders for the kitchen, execution of the menu with attention to detail and care in preparation to exceed our guest expectations. The Sous Chef must have 3-5 years of industry experience in a-la-cart, catering and banquet cooking.

1st Cook - responsible for managing the food and beverage staff in the absence of the Executive chef, maintaining inventory levels, execution of the menu with attention to detail and care in preparation to exceed our guest expectations. The 1st Cook must have 3-5 years of industry experience in a-la-cart, catering and banquet cooking.

Dishwashers (full time/part time)

Entry - level apprentices (full time/part time) (experience in the culinary field is considered a strong asset).

These positions require experience in a high paced work environment within varied weather conditions. Golfing ability and knowledge is not vital, however, is a strong asset. A desire to learn and enjoy the game will benefit you, the team and our guests.
